How pjokcom Keeps Blackjack Tables Fair

Fair dealing on a blackjack table is mostly about what you can see. Live seats run on studio cameras, so the shuffle and the deal happen in view. Digital tables use the studio's own shuffle engine, and we don't touch it. Each table card names the studio, the rule set and whether the dealer stands or hits on soft 17 — the detail most disputes come down to. If a rule on screen reads differently from the hand you were dealt, send us the round number and we check it against the studio log.

Studio Named On Every Card

Each blackjack table card shows the studio dealing it — Evolution or Pragmatic Play live rooms, plus digital formats from the same studios. You can check the source before you put a chip down.

Rules Printed On Screen

Dealer stands or hits on soft 17, whether doubling is allowed after a split, how many times you can split — all of it sits on the table screen before the first card.

Shuffle In Open View

Live blackjack is dealt from a shoe in front of a studio camera. You watch the shuffle and the cut card come out, so the deck order isn't something you take on faith.

Digital Shoe, Studio Engine

On digital blackjack tables the shuffle comes from the studio's engine, not ours. We set stakes and seating; the card order is the provider's, which keeps our side of the table out of the result.

What Blackjack Action Covers in Our Lobby

Blackjack Action is the table-game side of our lobby, and it covers more ground than one shoe of cards. You'll see live tables dealt by Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios, plus faster digital formats such as Classic Blackjack and Speed Blackjack for the ten-minute break between meetings. Each seat shows its own BDT stake range before you sit down, so there is

nothing to work out mid-hand. Players in Dhaka often open a table on the phone and finish the session on a laptop; the seat, chips and hand history follow your account either way. Side bets, insurance and dealer rules are printed on the table screen, not buried on a separate page.

HELP MID-HAND

Getting Help in the Middle of a Hand

Something can go wrong in the middle of a hand, and you shouldn't have to leave the table to fix it. The help icon sits in the corner of the blackjack window, so a chat opens over the felt while the dealer waits for your decision. Tell us the table name and the round number shown in the header and we can trace the hand straight away. If your chip balance looks wrong after a bKash or Nagad transfer, that same window takes the reference number without making you start over.

Help Inside the Table The help icon sits in the corner of every live and digital blackjack window. Tap it and a chat opens over the felt, so the dealer can keep waiting while you describe the round.
Chips Missing After Top-Up If a bKash or Nagad top-up hasn't reached your chip balance, send the transfer reference through that same chat. We match it to the wallet record and correct the seat balance before you sit down.
Dropped Connection Mid-Hand A lost signal doesn't void a round; the dealer finishes the hand and your seat holds. Reopen the table on the same account and the result, chips and history are already there waiting for you.

Blackjack Words You Hear at the Table

Blackjack has its own vocabulary, and nobody explains it while the dealer is waiting. So here are the words that come up most at our tables, written the way you'd say them to the person next to you. Insurance, doubling, splitting and pushes all change what your stake does next, so it helps to know them before the cards come out.

What does soft 17 mean?

A hand where an ace counts as eleven, so it can drop to seven if you draw. Dealer rules on soft 17 are printed on each table screen before you sit.

What is doubling down?

Doubling means you match your original stake, take exactly one more card and then stop. It suits hands like eleven against a weak dealer card.

What does splitting a pair mean?

When your first two cards match in value, splitting turns them into two separate hands, each with its own stake. Aces usually get one card each after a split.

How does insurance work in blackjack?

A side bet offered when the dealer shows an ace. You stake up to half your hand for a return if the dealer holds a ten-value card underneath.

What is a push in blackjack?

A tie between your hand and the dealer's. Your stake comes back untouched, so a push neither helps nor hurts your wallet — it just ends the round.

What is the shoe in blackjack?

The stack of decks the dealer deals from, often six or eight shuffled together. When the cut card appears, the shoe is reshuffled before the next round begins.

Questions About Blackjack Action

Most of what people ask us about Blackjack Action comes down to seats, stakes and what happens when a hand goes sideways. We've put the six that come up most below, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, the help window inside the table takes it and a person replies. Nothing on this page replaces the rules printed on the table itself — those decide the round.

Yes — the tables run in the browser on Android and iOS, and the same account picks up where you left off on a laptop. There's no separate download to sit down.

Chips are bought from your account wallet, which you top up with bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The buy-in box shows the amount in BDT and the table credits your seat before the shuffle.

Live tables stream a real dealer working a shoe, so rounds run at their pace. Digital tables deal from a shuffle engine and move as fast as you tap — good for a short session.

Some tables carry them and some don't. Perfect pairs, 21+3 and similar side bets show on the table screen next to the main stake box, along with their own BDT limits.

The dealer finishes the round and the seat holds for you. Log back in on the same account and the hand result, chip balance and history are already updated — you don't replay anything.

Digital blackjack tables let you sit with small stakes while you learn the deal order, and the table screen spells out the rules. Read the soft 17 line first — it decides a lot of close hands.
